I replaced the temperature sensor on my Frigidaire based on the multimeter test showing it was out of spec, and it helped — the oven got closer to the right temperature — but it was still about 15°F low. Turns out I needed to also do the calibration offset after the sensor swap, because the two problems had been compounding each other. Once I did both steps together, it was spot on. Just flagging this in case anyone else finds that replacing the sensor alone doesn't fully solve it.
