What really surprised me was the supplements. I take St. John's Wort for mild depression and had no idea it could interfere with my blood pressure medication until I ran the full list. The Drugs.com checker flagged about six interactions for me, which was alarming at first — but the pharmacist explained that four of them were "minor" and basically theoretical at my doses, one was moderate and worth watching, and only one was something to actually act on. So the tool did its job correctly, but I had a minor panic before I talked to someone who could put it in context. My takeaway: the checker is step one, not the final word. Don't read the results without a pharmacist conversation to follow.
